What the name usually refers to
GLOW is a seller-defined name. Ingredient list and proportions differ between formulations, and exact amounts are formulation-specific rather than a property of the name.

TB-500 material may be a thymosin beta-4 fragment rather than the full peptide; the naming is not standardised.
Blends are mixtures sold under a nickname. The name is chosen by whoever is selling it, so two vials with the same name can contain different ingredients in different amounts. Any evidence level shown here describes the combined marketed mixture, which is almost always untested as a mixture.
Evidence for the mixture itself

Regulatory position
GHK-Cu is regulated as a cosmetic ingredient in topical products; that status does not extend to an injectable mixture. No regulator has approved GLOW or any equivalent injectable blend.
