Heard something that smelled off?

Send it in for evidence review. The most useful submissions are the specific ones — the exact wording, and where you saw it.

Please don’t include personal health information. Do not submit medical records, bloodwork or test results, dosing histories, symptoms, or anything about your own or anyone else’s health. This site can’t give individual advice and won’t respond to medical questions — if you’re unwell or concerned about a product you’ve taken, please speak to a doctor or pharmacist. Submissions are used only for editorial evidence review; not every submission will be published or individually answered.

What happens after you submit

Claims are checked against the evidence hierarchy, and those selected are published with a verdict, a confidence level and the reasoning behind it. If the evidence is genuinely unclear, that’s what the verdict will say.
